WCMNM 2023 attendees can book discounted rooms at the Hilton Orrington/Evanston by following this link. Room rates for conference attendees are $175/night excluding taxes, for stays Sept 18-Sept 20. A limited number of additional discounted rooms are also available Sept 16-17 and Sept 21-22, on a first-come first-served basis. Please book your discounted room by August 18, 2023 to enjoy the conference rate. Bookings after that date will incur the standard hotel rate for accommodations.

Individual reservations not canceled within 48 hours of arrival will be charged for 1 night’s room and tax. Early departure fees of 1 night’s room and tax will be assessed on any reservations shortened after check-in.
